I don't understand Chinese very well (不好意思), but you seem to ask how to remove tags from a file. If so, you might want to check out TransTools or CodeZapper.

Do you charge customers tags and tokens? Jan 27, 2017

Thank you for your reply. My question is: Do you charge customers tags and tokens? It takes time to make sure tags are still attached to where they were attached so I am wondering if we should charge tags and tokens or not.

It's normal practice not charging tags as they are not translatable.
