I recently installed "Frutiger 47 Light Condensed" as one of my customers uses this font. However, whenever I open a sentence with open/get, the font changes to Times Roman.
Any idea what I might be doing wrong here?

Looks like a template-related issue - this was discussed on numerous occasions before. Why don't you use the forum search, looking for "Trados font change" or something similar.
