Translation - English CLAUSE ONE - INTERPRETATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT
This Contract for providing office services, its annexes, and the agreements resulting therein (the “Contract”) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all previous agreements, negotiations, and resolutions reached verbally or in writing between the parties.
In the event of a contradiction between the provisions contained in the body of this Contract and the annexed pages, the provisions contained in the body of this Contract take precedence. For purposes of this legal instrument, the PARTNER means the person referred to in sub-paragraph (A) on the front of this Contract who receives office services from IOS. The rights and obligations resulting from the provisions of this Contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions entered into by the PARTNER, in accordance with Clause Two.
