Bio

I am a very experienced legal translator with a background firmly rooted in the legal professions in both France and the UK. I have law degrees from both countries and am qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

I am a French Court Expert and sworn translator / interpreter entitled to certify translations, and a contracted external translator from French into English for the Court of Justice of the European Union.

My experience in drafting contracts, briefs and other legal documents has provided me with the tools to produce French to English translations that read as if they have been drafted by a legal professional and to match the legal concepts as closely as possible between very different legal systems.

My expertise spans a broad range of legal, financial, economic and medical specialisations, together with an ability to research and combine the technical subject matter of transactions, contracts and legal disputes with cutting edge and constantly evolving legal vocabulary.
