Yesterday, January 27, 2020, I translated the following: 1) Tax payment confirmation issued by Israel's Health Medical Organization - Maccabi. 2) Water Tax payment confirmation issued by the collecting department of "Hof Hasharon Regional Council." The first document included too many details, which were impossible to introduce in the translation version without a few deviations from the original format (PDF). Nevertheless, the format changes were made so that the client wouldn't have trouble recognizing the details of his original Hebrew text.
