If the transaction with the Data Subject is conducted in person, via postal mail, via the phone, or other offline (non-internet based) means, the Privacy Notice must be made available in either paper form, by email or provided verbally.
Covered Persons may only provide a Privacy Notice for offline transactions via email to those who agree before-hand to receive notice in electronic form.
