I'm trying to translate 2 logos in 2 svg files, but, in the first file, only part of the logo text is being displayed in a segment to be translated, the rest of the text present in the image isn't. And the second file is not even being recognized in the project files, as if it couldn't be read.
Does omegaT requires some kind of plugin to read SVG ? Is it a bug ? Or the problem is the files that i'm using ?

Is it text?

I don't know about OmegaT, but are you sure the rest of the logo is editable text? It could be a bunch of paths.
To find out, open the SVG in a vector drawing application.
