English term

eject the release of the moves held on joint deposit

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) En un convenio regulador de divorcio irlandés
"The Applicant agrees to sign the necessary documentation to eject the release of the moves held on joint deposit between Garaghy & Co. and Joyce & Co."

¿Alguna sugerencia?

para liberar el diner en depósito conjunto

See Note. Typo. Otherwise un sinsentido puro.

This sort of nonsense is, in my experience, normally the result of a document scanned and then OCR'd.

agree Charles Davis : On the subject of typos, what about "diner"? (Sorry, couldn't resist!)
