Neurological report
Following health examination, the doctor has confirmed the patient is:
"Cconștienta, orientata, critica diminuata, labila emoțional, acuitatea olfactivă păstrată......etc"
Is this simply regarding critical faculties, or is "critica" a medical test of some sort?

reduced/poor general health (acutely ill patient)
I think it indicates the general condition of the patient. But since the patient is conscious, I would not say "critical".

No, as they do not say anything about the course ( they don't say the condition is declining). And "reduced" general health is used and is idiomatic.
I've suggested my answer, now allow me to enjoy my Sunday.

Note from asker:
Declining state of health? |
Even declining is not accurate actually. What do you think of "conditon severely impaired"? |
How about: condition is declining (as we can't really say condition is reducing)...? |
Thanks for your time, enjoy your Sunday, but reduced health is not idiomatic. |
