Se trata de un memo en el que se recuerda o intima a determinadas personas. Al final de este figura esa frase: Sent for kind information and purpose: Director General, Directorate of Immigrations and Passports, Additional Inspector, etc.

Just a raw suggestion Enviado para cordial/amable información y finalidad a: Director General, Dirección de Inmigraciones y Pasaportes, Inspector Adicional, etc.

Note that "kind" is commonly used to inform or formally present information, e.g.: kindly submitted for information...

Una idea... no traduciría "kind" como parte de la frase y después agregaría un saludo como "saludos cordiales" o "cordialmente" o algo similar que se ajuste al contexto.

I think it is used in certain English variants but I have not seen it before. As Teresa says, it's something similar to "kindly submitted for your information".
