DINIEGO DELLE AUTORIZZAZIONI
Fermo restando quanto sopra, ai fini di quanto previsto dall’art. 27, 8° comma, della legge n. 392/78, si dichiara che il Conduttore potrà recedere, in ogni momento e con effetto immediato nel caso di mancanza o diniego di autorizzazioni o concessioni, richieste dalle leggi via via vigenti, ai fini dello svolgimento della attività a cui è destinato l’immobile, come sopra previsto.
This phrase is also found in the title, as seen here. I have attempted this, by putting this below. But has anybody else got a better solution....?:
"....... .. may withdraw from the contract at any time, and with immediate effect, in the event of loss or denial of any rights or allowances stipulated by the laws currently in force, for the purpose of carrying out the activity for which the property is intended , as provided above."

I've tried to fix the translation aligned to the Discussion Entries Box.
In UK landlord and tenant law, there are landlord's vs. local authority's 'licences to assign' namely of leases, or 'consents to subletting' : consent not to be unreasonably *withheld* (e.g. on personal grounds of race or gender) and on which there is a lot of (conflicting) case law.
Otherwise, use tenant/s for conduttore if the other side is called a landlord/s or landlady. Otherwise, lessor/s & lessee/s - pluralised if corporate parties.

Example sentence:
UK: It is common to hear disputes about whether a landlord has unreasonably withheld its consent to something that a tenant proposes to do

Note from asker:
Hi Liz, I am aware of these word-for-word translations, I am looking for a contextual translation to cover the idea in this phrase, given that a literal translation will not actually work. If you look deep into the meaning of the phrase you might see why I have used the word *loss". Thank you all the same. |
Hi, refusal sounds best, but I think it is indicating any kind of failure to provide the statutory right etc. So I think "refusal" could be too specific. How would you phrase this in the context? |
Thanks for your help. |
