: You're right - that's what it means, but before the name, we say "nee ..."

Will Matter
: with JZ, the pattern and usage is "Mrs XXX nee YYY" and everyone understands that this means what you said. We NEVER say "Mrs. XXX maiden name YYY" we use "nee" instead.
