Arabic to English Science Esoteric practices plant or animal?

The original text is a recipe for making a particular incense for treatment. It just says: "collect all the ingredients and cense the person with the mixture", that's all the instructions with a list of the ingredients without any further explanation. The problem is with a few names which I don't understand and can not find in any dictionary or reference. So either they are some obscured titles, or some kind of rural names of the given herb/resin known only to the author.

It was sugessted that 'رامكي ' may be arak tree (عود السواك) but I am not sure.
