agree Mohsin Alabdali : "congestion points" was may first choice for a suggested translation. But then I remembered a one word that gives an equally accurate translation so I opted for the one word of "bottlenecks".

another alternative translation that you could use though I do prefer bottlenecks as Mohsin suggested

agree Mohsin Alabdali : I'd have said "choking" rather than "choke". But why go for two words when there is one word that is equally effective?

Thanks Mohsin we could say choking but in England we would more than likely say choke points thats if we didn't use your suggestion of bottleneck which is the best option
