Описание нагревательной камеры вакуумной печи:

Hot gases leave the heating chamber to the heat exchanger through a ***chicane*** arranged in the rear wall. Cold gas enters heating chamber through the nozzles evenly distributed on side- walls around the workload. During cooling cycle the gas blower located in front of the heat exchanger located into the furnace forces a cooling gas circulation along the path: workload - ***rear chicane*** - heat exchanger - gas blower - injection nozzles - workload.

The heating chamber structure is fabricated from the carbon steel and coated with vacuum-and temperature-resistant epoxy paint Glyptal. Edges of the hot gas outlet **chicane** are protected with graphite flange.
