Στο συμβόλαιο που έχω μπροστά μου χρησιμοποιούνται και οι δυο όροι, με διαφορετικούς αριθμούς όμως. δηλαδή
Ο Χ έχει μια εταιρικά μερίδα με 9 εταιρίκά μερίδια των χχχ Ευρώ, ενώ ο Ψ έχει πάλι μια εταιρική μερίδα με 21 εταιρικά μερίδια των χχχ Ευρώ.
Εν τω μεταξύ έχω και τη συμμετοχή ως Beteiligung----

I understand what it means: that Mr X has a share in the company amounting to 9 ordinary shares of XX euros...
The question is maybe finding another word for the first share.

"Ως εταιρική μερίδα νοείται η σε καθορισμένο έναντι της μονάδας ποσοστό συμμετοχή του εταίρου στα έννομα αποτελέσματα που απορρέουν από τη σύσταση, τη λειτουργία ή τη λύση εταιρίας και ειδικότερα τέτοια συμμετοχή τόσο σε δικαιώματα χρηματικά ή αποτιμητά σε χρήμα ή μη αποτιμητά σε χρήμα, όπως είναι το δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στα καθαρά εταιρικά κέρδη που προκύπτουν από τον ετήσιο ισολογισμό, το δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στο προϊόν της εκκαθάρισης της περιουσίας της εταιρίας που λύθηκε, το δικαίωμα γνώσης της πορείας των εταιρικών υποθέσεων, το δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στη συνέλευση των εταίρων, που αποτελεί το ανώτατο όργανο διοίκησης της εταιρίας, όσον και σε υποχρεώσεις, όπως είναι η υποχρέωση για εισφορές προς συγκρότηση ή αύξηση του εταιρικού κεφαλαίου, με το οποίο καλύπτονται οι εταιρικές ζημίες (ΕΦΑΘ 4345/1991, ΕλλΔνη, 1993, 615, κ.ά.).
