It is obvious that all this text (with several entries by Mina) has been written by a Greek Seaman in the Greek Sea slang which contains many English words. So in this case he asks those who have written a weather report of a certain day and time to amend it. He asks them to 'put 2,5-3 m swell' as Philip suggests (obviously the original report was not strong enough, this is also valid for the next entry about the wind 5άρι - όχι 2άρι).

And I saw all the Greek answers and the Greek text with the English and thought it was English to Greek (that's why I thought her question was justified otherwise why translate it?).. :) LOL .... In this case yes you are 1000% percent right about leaving it as is.

Δεν μπορεί να το αφήσει στα Αγγλικά εάν τα κείμενα αυτά χρησιμοποιούνται για νομικούς λόγους ειδικά εαν υπάρχει μεταφραστική ισοδυναμία, που στην περίπτωσή της υπάρχει.

Swell As Theodoros says, a swell in this context means a rise and fall of the sea, but not so abruptly as to be considered a wave. So you can leave it as it is in the English translation.
