A classical case of abstract, minimalist Scandinavian narrative. The estate is represented by a personal trustee-in-bankruptcy or corporate liquidator. Receiver would cover priv. individs, partenrships and corps., albeit means receiving income only, pending possible corp. recovery.

Quaere: bobestyret meaning Committee of Creditors on a corp. winding-up etc. or shipping line plus probate estate bankruptcy e.g. out of Bergen.

Estate of the deceased CAN be used in the UK, but aruably only on a personal injury and/or death claim under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976.
