Burada "sürekli değişkenler" ile "sürekli değer alan değişkenler" arasında istatistiksel anlam olarak bir fark var mı, bunu merak ediyorum. Teşekkürler..

continuous variable
It seems to me that they are essentially the same. "Çalışmada sürekli değer alan değişkenler ortalama" just means the average values of the continuous variables.

Teşekkürler Yusef. Yani "monoton" derdi?

: That paper is written by a native Spanish speaker :-) A "continuously varying variable" is just an unusual way of saying a "continuous variable".

I am definitely not an expert on the subject and you are right on the "native speaker" aspect. Yet, I have encountered few more uses of the same term, some from german native speakers and some form spanish ones..

continuous field variables
This seems to be the equivalent --- See the references below:

Discussion
Continuous field variables seem to me to be very different - see e.g.

Special thanks to DLyons for his contribution while not knowing Turkish properly.
To me "Çalışmada sürekli değer alan değişkenler ortalama ve standart sapma değerleriyle gösterilmiştir. Sürekli değer alan değişkelerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Shapiro-Wilk testi ile test edilmiştir" is saying "The continuous variables in the study were represented by their means and standard deviations. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to determine whether the continuous variable sample values were from a normally distributed population"
That obviously isn't a literal translation, but I rarely translate Statistical texts literally and nobody has ever complained.
2.3. İstatistiksel İnceleme
Çalışmanın analizinde xxx paket programı kullanıldı. Çalışmada sürekli değer alan değişkenler ortalama ve standart sapma değerleriyle gösterilmiştir. Sürekli değer alan değişkelerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Shapiro-Wilk testi ile test edilmiştir. İki grubun normal dağılım gösteren değişkenlerinini karşılaştırmalarında t testi kullanılmıştır. Sürekli değer alan değişkenler arasındaki ilişki Spearman korelasyon analizi ile incelenmiştir. Tüm istatistiksel analizlerde p değeri 0.05’in altındaki karşılaştırmalar istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kabul edilmiştir.
(in eng for DLyons: what yusef said seems correct (that this may be a special use), but the "native speaker" issue you have pointed out is also important. so, probably the context will determine the solution.)
