Source text - English The greatest issue in accruing patients to oncology clinical trials today is the overwhelming number of open protocols and associated workload at the established clinical research sites in the US. The known research sites are constantly approached by every Sponsor and CRO to participate in the next trial. Many sites have over 50 protocols open at any given time and only accrue to about 10 of them. This results in many trials lagging behind, which ultimately means delayed development of new drugs.
Translation - Romanian Cea mai importanta dificultate in strangerea de pacienti, pentru experimentele de oncologie clinica, o reprezinta coplesitorul numar de lucrari incepute si cantitatea de munca asociata lor, la fiecare locatie consacrata de cercetare clinica din U.S.A. Acestea sunt in mod constant contactate de o multitudine de sponsori si de directori ai departamentelor de cercetare pentru a participa intr-un nou experiment. Multe asezaminte de cercetare clinica au peste 50 de protocoale incepute in orice moment si pacienti adunati numai pentru 10 din ele. Consecinta este ca multe experimente treneaza si in final se intarzie dezvoltarea de noi medicamente.

Source text - English These stages are often referred to collectively as the software development lifecycle, or SDLC. Different approaches to software development may carry out these stages in different orders, or devote more or less time to different stages. The level of detail of the documentation produced at each stage of software development may also vary. These stages may also be carried out in turn (a “waterfall” based approach), or they may be repeated over various cycles or iterations (a more "extreme" approach). The more extreme approach usually involves less time spent on planning and documentation, and more time spent on coding .
Translation - Romanian Aceste stadii sunt denumite colectiv "ciclul de viata al dezvoltarii software" sau ca acronimic anglosaxon SDLC. Apropieri diferite fata de productia de software pot schimba ordinea sau timpul dedicat diferitelor stagii. Deasemeni poate varia nivelul detaliului in documentatia produsa la fiecare etapa a dezvoltarii de software. Aceste faze pot fi efectuate rand pe rand (o metoda de tip "in cascada") sau pot fi repetate in mai multe cicluri sau reiterari (o modalitate mult mai "riguroasa"). Aceasta a doua metoda in general implica mai putin timp consumat in planificare si documentare si mai mult timp folosit la programare.
