PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The monthly payment mechanism will directly goes to any customer beneficiary accounts for receiving monthly potential returns by written in ABC statement report as “Withdrawal” on the 10th of every month.
 Similar to any trading account, any customer will be able to monitor his/ her investment outlook movement from their own computer from time to time, except New York time from 08:30 till 15:00 (Summer) & 09:30 till 16:00 (Winter), from (Monday – Friday) due to transaction of Dow Jones/ NasdaqGS bulk trading that will give an assurance or even higher confident level. The only difference is that participants of this private placement are unable to trade on their own account, and are only able to monitor it.
 ABC will take full responsibility in case of lost trading transaction under normal market circumstances.
 The fixed exchange rate applied is THAI BAHT 33.00 for every US DOLLAR 1.00 only.
 The minimum period of this private placement is 06 (Six) months “Silver”, 12 (Twelve) months “Gold” & 24 (Twenty Four) months “Platinum”. Any Confirmation Letter breaking before 06 (Six) months “Silver”, 12 (Twelve) months “Gold” & 24 (Twenty Four) months “Platinum” or occurred within the above mentioned placement period will be penalized 50 (Fifty) % of the principal capital.

 Monthly payment is transferred out direct from global inter-bank partnering with the Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Holdings PLC, Hang Seng Bank Limited, DBS Bank Limited, Citigroup Inc., Mashreqbank, Arab Emirates Investment Bank, Commercial Bank Of Dubai, Emirates NBD, National Bank Of Abu Dhabi & United Arab Bank to valued customers account holder’s globally and fully managed with assurance by ABC’s local Facilitator Services.

 The contract will be started from the date that the investor transfer the fund to the local company’s services account with confirmation on ABC statement report of new account written in “ABC” statement report within 1 Business Day. Monthly return will be transferred directly to the investor’s beneficiary account until end of maturity placement date as above of Confirmation Letter.
 Upon receiving original bank in slip or fund deposit proof to the account, local affiliates will take full responsibility until fund has arrived safely at principal’s overseas account.
 Local bank chargers of each potential monthly return will be paid by the beneficiary of remittance, all private placement transaction from overseas to the kingdom of Thailand will be fully paid by ABC.
