Is it possible to add a segment to a file under translation?

This is maybe a simple question, but I am new to Trados, so, here follows my problem:

I am translating an html file, but Trados is not importing the first paragraph from original document. I have tried to re-import such html document (and see if the first paragraph will be there for translation) without any success. Is it possible to add a segment to a file under translation? If yes, I can add a segment to the document I'm translating, include the missing paragraph and then translat... See more

Hi Rebelo,

I don't know why your 1st paragraph is not imported, but in Trados (Studio) you cannot add any segments once in the Editor doing a translation.

You can split, merge segments and you can edit the TM entries to correct source text.

Try to handle the original document before importing in order to solve the missing paragraph (maybe copying it).
