Source text - Indonesian Membership
Item 1. Members of IML are the multi-day walking event organizations in each country that have met the standards set by IML and have been formally accepted as a member by the General Meeting of IML in accordance with §4 b.
Item 2. The founding members of IML are the eight walking event organizations, who signed the IML founding document in Tokyo in November, 1987. These organizations are from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Switzerland.
Item 3. There can be a second IML member organization from the same country, as long as the distance between the two events is of a reasonable distance and the topography or landscape in each location is different and the existing member has no objection.
Item 4. The definition of a country is the same as used by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
Item 5. The IML is broken down into regions. A region must consist of a minimum of eight members. The rewarding system of the regions shall be the same. (same medals, figures, etc..)
Item 6. If the region has 16 or more members eight or more members already belonging to that region can formally request to become a new region at a General Meeting. A common majority of members present can approve this request.
Item 7. By a common majority, the General Meeting can decide which member organization belongs to which Region.
Item 8.There shall be a special category of membership for organizations whose aims are in accordance with those of the IML Walking Association. Such membership shall be on the recommendation of the Board or two members and shall be determined by a simple majority at a General Meeting. The criteria for membership and membership requirements shall be that the organization:
1. Has an international profile and promotes walking.
2. Agrees to promote the activities of the IML Walking Association including specific IML events.
3. Shall be entitled to speaking rights but not voting rights at general meetings.
4. Shall pay such annual membership fees as may be determined by a General Meeting.
5. Shall provide a copy of their annual report including financial report every year.
6. Agrees to work closely with the IML Board.
7. Shall be eligible to organize IML accredited events in accordance with the obligations of IML members provided that they are agreed in advance by the Board of the IML, that an IML delegate is present and if they are held in an IML walk member country that the event shall be agreed by the IML member country. Such walks shall be eligible only for IML Global Walker awards and shall be held in a country for no more than three out of every 10 years.
8. Such membership of the IML shall be known as an International Member.
Membership shall be reviewed every five years by the General Meeting or earlier on the recommendation of the Board and shall be either have their confirmed or lost at the General Meeting.

Ayat 1. Anggota IML adalah organisasi-organisasi acara jalan kaki multi-hari di setiap negara yang telah memenuhi standar-standar yang ditetapkan oleh IML dan telah resmi diterima sebagai anggota oleh Rapat Umum IML sesuai dengan §4 b.
Ayat 2. Anggota-anggota pendiri IML adalah delapan organisasi acara jalan kaki, yang menandatangani dokumen pendirian IML di Tokyo pada November 1987. Organisasi-organisasi ini berasal dari Austria, Belgia, Denmark, Irlandia, Jepang, Luksemburg, Belanda, dan Swiss.

Ayat 6. Jika region memiliki 16 anggota atau lebih, delapan anggota atau lebih yang terdaftar di region tersebut dapat meminta secara resmi untuk menjadi region baru pada Rapat Umum. Kesepakatan berdasar mayoritas umum anggota-anggota yang hadir dapat menyetujui permintaan ini.
Ayat 7. Dengan kesepakatan mayoritas umum, Rapat Umum dapat memutuskan organisasi anggota yang masuk ke dalam region.
Ayat 8. Akan ada kategori keanggotaan khusus untuk organisasi dengan sasaran yang sesuai dengan sasaran Asosiasi Jalan Kaki IML. Keanggotaan tersebut berdasar atas rekomendasi Dewan atau dua anggota dan ditetapkan oleh mayoritas sederhana pada Rapat Umum. Kriteria untuk keanggotaan dan persyaratan keanggotaan adalah bahwa organisasi:
1. Memiliki profil internasional dan mempromosikan jalan kaki.
2. Setuju untuk mempromosikan kegiatan IML Walking Association termasuk aktivitas IML tertentu.
3. Berhak untuk mendapat hak bicara, tetapi bukan hak suara pada Rapat Umum.
4. Harus membayar biaya keanggotaan tahunan sebagaimana ditentukan oleh Rapat Umum.
5. Harus memberikan salinan laporan tahunan mereka termasuk laporan keuangan setiap tahun.
6. Setuju untuk bekerja sama dengan Dewan IML.
7. Memenuhi syarat untuk mengadakan acara IML terakreditasi sesuai kewajiban anggota IML asal disetujui terlebih dahulu oleh Dewan IML, bahwa seorang delegasi IML akan hadir, dan jika diadakan di negara anggota Asosiasi Jalan Kaki IML, bahwa acara akan disetujui oleh negara anggota IML. Jalan kaki tersebut harus memenuhi syarat hanya untuk penghargaan Global Walker IML dan diadakan di sebuah negara untuk tidak lebih dari tiga kali setiap 10 tahun.
8. Kenggotaan IML tersebut akan dikenal sebagai anggota internasional.
9. Keanggotaan akan ditinjau setiap lima tahun oleh Rapat Umum atau sebelumnya sesuai rekomendasi Dewan dan keanggotaan akan dikonfirmasi atau hilang pada Rapat Umum.

Secara umum, biopestisida merupakan pestisida yang bahan dasarnya berasal dari bahan hidup. Biopestisida dibedakan menjadi dua yakni pestisida hayati dan pestisida nabati.
Pestisida hayati merupakan formulasi yang mengandung mikroba tertentu baik jamur, bakteri, maupun virus yang bersifat antagonis terhadap mikroba lainnya (penyebab penyakit tanaman) atau menghasilkan senyawa tertentu yang bersifat racun baik bagi serangga (hama) maupun nematoda (penyebab penyakit tanaman).
Sedangkan pestisida nabati merupakan hasil ekstraksi bagian tertentu dari tanaman baik dari daun, buah, biji atau akar yang menghasilkan senyawa atau metabolit sekunder dan memiliki sifat racun terhadap hama dan penyakit tertentu. Pestisida nabati pada umumnya digunakan untuk mengendalikan hama (bersifat insektisidal) maupun penyakit (bersifat bakterisidal).
Yang akan diuraikan disini adalah biopestisida yang berasal dari tanaman atau pestisida nabati. Dalam perkembangannya, tumbuhan menghasilkan bahan kimia yang merupakan metabolit sekunder dan digunakan oleh tumbuhan itu sendiri sebagai alat pertahanan dari serangan organisme pengganggu. Kandungan bahan kimia dalam tanaman menunjukkan bioaktivitas pada serangga, seperti bahan penolak (repellent), penghambat makan (antifeedant), penghambat pertumbuhan (insect growth regulator), dan penghambat peneluran (oviposition deterrent) (Deptan, 2004). Asmaliyah et al., (2010), melaporkan ada 1800 jenis tanaman yang mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang dapat digunakan untuk pengendalian hama. Indonesia sangat banyak terdapat tumbuhan penghasil pestisida, seperti dari famili Asteraceae, Fabaceae dan Euphorbiaceae yang dilaporkan paling banyak mengandung bahan insektisida nabati (Trizelia, 2012).
Menurut FAO (1988) dan US EPA (2002) dalam Asmaliyah et al., (2010), pestisida nabati termasuk ke dalam kelompok pestisida biokimia karena mengandung biotoksin.
Pestisida biokimia merupakan bahan yang terjadi secara alami dapat mengendalikan hama dengan mekanisme non toksik. Sehingga pestisida nabati termasuk salah satu solusi ramah lingkungan dalam rangka menekan dampak negatif akibat penggunaan pestisida non hayati yang berlebihan.
Translation - English Basic Theory:
Generally, biopesticide is a pesticide that its main component comes from living creature.Biopesticide is divided into two, which are biologic and phytopesticide.
Biologic pesticide is a formulation that consists of particular microbes such as fungi, bacterium, and even virus which are antagonist against the other microbes (the main cause of plant’s diseases) or producing another compound thing that poisonous for the pests or nematode
(the cause of plant’s diseases).
In the other hand, phytopesticide is an extraction result of some parts of plants; whether it is from the leaf, fruit, seed or even the stalk itself can produce a compound or a secondary metabolite and become poisonous for pests and plants’ diseases. This phytopesticide is
commonly used for controlling the pest (insecticidal) and/or disease (bactericidal).
What will be explained further here is a biopesticide that comes from plants orphytopesticide. In the development stage, plants produce chemicals which is secondary metabolite and being used by itself as the defensive tool from some organisms’ attacks. The chemicals that contains in the plants show some bioactivities for the pests as repellent, antifeedant, insect growth regulator, and oviposition deterrent (Deptan, 2004). Asmaliyahet al., (2010), stated that there are 1800 kinds of plants that have secondary metabolite compounds
which can be used to control the pests. Indonesia has a lot of plants that can produce pesticide. Asteraceae, Fabaceae, and euphorbiaceae families are the example of the plants that produce phytopesticide the most (Trizelia, 2012).
According to FAO (1988) and US EPA (2002) in Asmaliyah et al., (2010), phytopesticide is included in the group of the biochemical pesticide because it contains biotoxin.
Biochemical pesticide is a thing that can control the pests naturally with the help of non-toxic mechanism. Thus, phytopesticide is included in one of the eco-friendly solution for controlling the negative
impacts of the overdose usage of poisonous pesticide.
