No notification received for posted job

Hi to everybody
I had a problem with the last jobs posted on the wall.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email notification. I checked my job setting. All the things and setting seems to be OK.
How can I make sure that with any job request I can receive an email notification?

I get the notification after the job is closed.

I submitted a Support Ticket but apparently there is no problem with my settings. Is it a glitch, then?

Like you, I check my setting more than 10 times, but there isn't any problem there. I lost two job opportunities in this way. what did you do then?

Job poster restrictions May 20, 2013

Sometimes, job posters set certain restrictions on who can apply for the jobs they have posted. These could be:

- Expertise in certain areas
- Use of certain types of cat tools
- Location (the need to be located in a particular place)
- Language proficiency
- And so on

If you fail to satisfy any of the conditions set by the job poster as indicated by your profile, then you won't receive the job notification.

I know this point. When I check the job, it said that "
You meet the criteria for quoting on this job", so the problem should be something else, but I don't know what is. I receive email for some jobs but not for all:(

Hello Mahdieh,

Would you mind submitting a support request with the links to one or two jobs that you feel you should have been notified of, but weren't? That way staff will be able to pinpoint the cause of the error.

Please keep in mind that job notifications are sent based on the following criteria (from http://www.proz.com/faq/8530#8530 ):

Language pair
Service type
Subject field
Rates

Remember that you can check to see which notifications are leaving ProZ.com's servers from your mail monitor: http://archive.proz.com/?sp=mail_monitor

Also check your spam folder. It is quite possible the job notification has ended there.
