TagEditor problem

Hello,
I have SDL Trados 7.1.0.719 (Build 719).
I received ini files from a client. Installed them and when I go to preview the translated text, I get this message: cannot view XML input using XSL sheet. Please correct the error (I am trying to open it with internet explorer).
I never had this problem before, but I never had to install predefined tags before also. I don't know what to do and the project is due today.
Any help is much appreciated.
