I lived in Spain for over 25 years and started teaching German and English and translating as a freelancer in the late 1990s. Since my return to Germany, in 2012, I have worked as a translator in a market research agency and as a project and account manager for an international translation company based in Cologne.

In 2017 I passed the German state exams for English translators and interpreters with the main focus on business and economy. Since 2020, I have worked as a freelance translator and interpreter. 

Additional expertise:

In Spain, I received a two-year-training in naturopathy, where I was able to learn a lot about physiology, anatomy, phytotherapy, nutritional science, homeopathy and Bach flower therapy. I really enjoy translating texts on these and similar topics.

A fast and straightforward
communication with my customers is very important for me.
