-Exercise regularly. Walking and swimming are excellent activities you can continue when you're pregnant. Talk to your doctor about exercise before you begin.
-Quit smoking. Your doctor can help you stop.
-Don't use alcohol or illegal drugs.
-Avoid hazardous substances such as pesticides or solvents in your workplace and at home.
