Source text - English ABSYNTH 5 is unrivalled as a tool for creating unique sounds. The hybrid architecture features three oscillator channels and a semi-modular signal flow combined with diverse sound generating methods such as subtractive synthesis, FM, wave-table, granular sampling, and sampling with wave-morphing, filters, modulators and effects. Source text - German Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Am Montag den 20 Februar 2012 hat unser Sohn A. C. ein Druckluft-Spielzeuggewehr ohne Munition, das heißt, dass das Gewehr nicht geladen war, mitgebracht. Das Gewehr wurde ihm von uns Eltern als Accessoire fuer sein Cowboy-Kostuem mitgegeben und somit auch erlaubt. Das Thema fuer das Karnevalsfest, das an ebendiesem Tag stattfand, war “Cowboys”,wie es die 11.Klasse entschieden hatte.
-Das Druckluft-Spielzeuggewehr wurde von uns in einem Spielzeuggeschaeft fuer Kinder gekauft. Der Verkauf dieses Spielzeugs ist also gesetzlich geregelt, autorisiert und das Spielzeug ist somit zulaessig.
-Am 24 Februar 2012 ist A. nicht, wie von Ihnen in dem Brief erwaehnt von seinem Vater, sondern von seinem Grossvater, zu Herrn Miles begleitet worden. A.'s Vater hatte daher keine Moeglickeit Herrn Miles zu erklaeren, dass A. das Gewehr von seinen Eltern zur Verfuegung gestellt bekommen hatte und das es nicht die Entscheidung des Kindes gewesen war, das Gewehr zu der Karnevalsfeier mitzubringen.
-Wir Eltern haben waehrend dem Karnevalsfest von diesem Jahr und den vorherigen Jahren andere Kinder mit “geladenen!” Spielzeugwaffen gesehen, die sogar damit geschossen haben. Desweiteren gab es Kinder die einen spitzen Dreizack mitgebracht hatten oder Schlagstoecke und viele andere Spielzeugwaffen und es ist uns nicht bekannt, dass jemals Verwarnungen ausgesprochen worden sind, so wie es bei unserem Sohn geschehen ist.
Wir bitten daher umgehenst um die Aufhebung der Verwarnung.

Translation - Italian Gentili Signori,
-Lunedì 20/02/2012, nostro figlio A.C. ha portato a scuola un fucile ad aria compressa assolutamente PRIVO di proiettili, consegnatogli da noi genitori. Con nostra autorizzazione espressa, il fucile gli è stato dato come accessorio del costume di cow-boy. Il tema per la festa di carnevale che si svolgeva quel medesimo giorno era "Cowboys",come richiesto dall'unidcesima classe.
-il fucile ad aria compressa (giocattolo) è stato acquistato in un negozio di giocattoli con regolare autorizzazione alla vendita dell'oggetto in questione.
-il 24/02/2012, A. è stato accompagnato dal signor Miles non dal padre, come avete specificato nella lettera, bensì dal nonno, pertanto il papà non ha avuto modo di spiegare al signor Miles che il fucile è stato messo a disposizione di Alessandro per volontà dei genitori e non per sua scelta, in occasione della festa di carnevale.
- noi stessi durante la festa di carnevale di quest’anno e degli anni precedenti abbiamo visto altri bambini con armi giocattolo accompagnate da munizioni che hanno sparato oppure forconi con punte, mazze e quant'altro e mai mi risulta siano state fatte ammonizioni,
tanto sopra premesso
chiediamo la revoca dell'ammonizione in oggetto.
