SUPPLY AND PURCHASE 2.1 Agreement to Supply Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Customer shall purchase from ABC and ABC shall supply all requirements of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. 2.2 Variation of Products ABC shall not be under any obligation to continue to manufacture or source all or any of the Products, and shall be entitled from time to time to make such alterations as it may think fit to the specifications of the Products. ABC shall use all reasonable endeavors to give Customer advance notice of any change to the Products available. 3. TERM This agreement shall have duration of xxxx years. However, Customer shall have the option of extending for a further period of one year by giving notice to ABC not less than 3 months’ prior to the end of such three year period. 4. The qualified members shall have the qualifications and shall not be under any prohibition as follows: (1) being of Thai nationality; (2) not being a bankrupt; (3) not being an incompetent person or quasi-incompetent person; (4) not being a person sentenced by a final judgment to imprisonment, except for negligent offense or petty offense;
