MemoQ TM in Translation Results pane

If I notice a typo in one of my translation memory results I can usually edit it. Is there a way to commit changes to both TM and current project's target text or do I have to keep searching my current project manually to make changes? I'm using version 6.

Is there a way to commit changes to both TM and current project's target text

No (but you can use batch replacement to change the target text or, depending on the nature of your project and changes, you can use auto-propagation).
