Hubo un descenso únicamente de 3 puntos en las cifras de hemoglobina.
Speaking of a laser enucleation of the prostate. I cannot imagine they mean a fall of 3 grams/dl! How can that amount be considered little! Could it mean a drop from, for example, 14 to 13.7 gm/dl?
Thanks in advance.

In answer to your question: Yes, it is very possible that the author meant a decrease of 0.3 gm/dl. However, in order to make that determination, you would need more information than is provided in that one sentence.
