Provisional Selection for Redundancy

As I explained to you at our meeting earlier this week and in my letter to you of 10 March, the Company is facing a situation where we are in a critical period for our business and have a need to urgently refocus operational control and control our costs going forward. Unfortunately, this resulted in a risk that we would need to make redundancies. Several roles ar risk of potential redundancy were identified and there were communicated to you.
As explained at the meeting, the Company has had to decide which individuals in each pool would be provisionally selected for redundancy. This was done on the basis of the selection criteria outlined in my letter of 10 March.
I regret to inform you that your position is one of those that have been provisionally selected following application of the above criteria. Please fing attached a copy of your scoring in a accordance with the selection criteria.
