According to the first (Emirati) link, it's the palm tree leaf/frond itself, according to the second (Omani) dialect, it's the "jarid" of the leaf, which according to the dictionary is the branch stripped of leaves, and sometimes used as a weapon.

meaning "his chest" according to the standard arabic. The ortograph is not right.
الزَّوْرُ: الصَّدْرُ، وقيل: وسط الصدر، وقيل: أَعلى الصدر، وقيل: مُلْتَقَى أَطراف عظام الصدر حيث اجتمعت، وقيل: هو جماعة الصَّدْرِ من الخُفِّ، والجمع أَزوار.
