Russian term
стоимость компании на выходе

Investment prospectus
The context is a listing of value estimates in an investment prospectus. There is a sub-table called "Стоимость компании на выходе (2014 г.)".
I understand what this means, because I read a number of explanations of it in "venture capital" and innovation contexts, such as: "Приблизительно прогнозируется стоимость компании на выходе, то есть после истечения периода инвестирования." And, in my context, the company is to be sold to a strategic investor in 2014. But, does anybody know the term for this in English, or is a descriptive translation in order?
