Hi. This is a hospital report about a patient with refractory ileocolic Crohn's disease who has a colonoscopy:

“Rectum: Rectite diffuse (40% des lésions) dont 30% de larges ulcérations de plus de 20 mm en rail creusantes et sténose ulcérée de la jonction ano-rectale."
