In case the manufacturer of the products offers special project pricing for specific end user accounts, customer has to provide x within 10 days of x's request with a copy of the proof of delivery (POD) of the products to the end user as well as a copy of the invoice to the end user.
The customer is obliged to observe the respective guidelines relating to project business activities. This also applies to the retention period of the files of the project business activities according to commercial and fiscal law regulations. In case the customer infringes x’s guideline or the guideline of the manufacturer, x has the right to invoice any improperly claimed or paid amounts and x and/or the manufacturer may exclude the customer from any future special project prices.

Ten "projekt" to tutaj coś, co musi wykonać producent - czyli produkt (w kontekście można tłumaczyć też jako "zamówienie").
Oryginał był niemiecki, stąd takie kalkowe wyrażenia.

Widać, że "manufacturer of the products" to w oryginale "Hersteller für Projektgeschäfte" - a skoro już raz "project" to "product(s)", to dalej można tłumaczyć tak samo. Podobne znaczenie wyrażenia "Projektpreis" wynika z pozostałych tekstów w powyższym linku.
"Account" to generalnie klient - http://tinyurl.com/m6r6m2p - "end user accounts" to dosłownie klienci będący użytkownikami końcowymi.
