Yo sé que los portales son esos huequitos que se realizan con obturadores para procedimientos como remoción de cuerpos, y según he visto se traduce como portals, pero no sé qué quieren decir con Afrontamos portales.
Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar con dicha traducción al inglés. Muchísimas gracias por su valiosa colaboración.

I think they are using "afrontar" in the sense of "tackling/approaching/accessing"
