English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The holders of all classes of ordinary shares in the company shall on a winding up be entitled to rank pari passu for the repayment of the amount of capital paid up or credited as paid up on such shares and all surplus assets and profits shall belong to the holders of the “A” Ordinary Shares in proportion to the amount paid up or credited as paid up on such shares respectively at the commencement of winding up.
