Un vecchio capitando di industria che stanno cercando di scalzare dalle sue compagnie, parla dei suoi avi, dicendo che avevano lunga vita
Dice:

“My grandfather lived to be a hundred, my father 96, both of them rips. I’m only 80 and.....

Ho difficoltà con “both of them rips” che tradurrei con “tutti e due in piedi fino all’ultimo” ma nn sn sicurissima,
