Spanish term

a mes vencido

Spanish to English Other Business/Commerce (general)
Yes, I know 30 people have asked about this.

But I don't think anyone has touched on this use of it.

"La Factura deberá ser emitida por el Colaborador, a mes vencido, y presentada para su cobro ante XX, entre los días 1 y 5 del mes siguiente."

This is not referring to any kind of delay that has already occurred, obviously.

Do you think they mean ...

- at the end of the month
- requesting payment within one month?

at the end of the month

Issued at the end of the month and presented between days 1 and 5 of the next. I have a client who has the same conditions.
