L'idea che mi viene è che valutino l'impatto del leverage sui rendimenti e lo "sterilizzino", ottenendo un valore corretto per l'indebitamento (cioè attribuibile al solo capitale proprio). In seguito, tengono conto in modo simile della volatilità di mercato.
