Domniemane sformułowanie "at a long hour" zostało pominięte (z udziałem Belli Dodd czy bez niej?). W takiej sytuacji usuwam moją odpowiedź.

Nie wchodzę głębiej w ten temat.
Czy jest prawdopodobne, że nikt wcześniej nie spisał tej przemowy? I czy znana jest data i miejsce nagrania? Na pewno wcześniej dwukrotnie zeznawała przed komisjami Kongresu, ponieważ spiker mówi o tym. W tym nagraniu słychać oklaski, więc był to monolog przed publicznością.
