With a reference to a type of oboe: "développement d’une technique de pince".
"Technique de pince" is often translated as "plucking technique" in a guitar context, but as an oboe has holes and not strings, I would imagine there's another way of referring to this.

As said in the discussion section, I take it it's the "pincement des lèvres" which is referred to.
