English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

“Late Payment Rate” means a rate of commission per annum on the date of determination equal to two percent (2%) above the Dollar rate quoted for six (6) month London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) under the caption “Money Rates” in The Wall Street Journal (or, if no such rate appears, the arithmetic mean of the offered quotations that appear on the relevant page (if any) on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other service as may replace the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service for the purpose of displaying LIBOR)) on the due date or required date of payment in question, which rate shall be adjusted every six (6) months thereafter.
