This is from a scene where a father is scolding his son for having mistreated a woman.
Does it mean 'the good deeds of men?'
Or maybe more loosely, 'is this how real/good men act?'
وبدأ أبي الحديث: "ما الذي فعلته بسارة يا أحمد؟ هل هذا صنيع رجال؟"

If he wanted to praise his son, he would say:
ما الذي فعلته بسارة يا أحمد؟ يا له من صنيع لا يفعله سوى الرجال
But the act of the son was condemned by the father as his statement ended by a question mark.
هل هذا صنيع الرجال؟
Which means that real men should not act like that! this is not men's act/deed.
