Japanese to English Other Other Terms used in shared residence budgeting

Kind of drawing a blank coming up with succinct and natural ways of rendering these in English that capture their meanings when used in the following senses in an app for people who live together and are budgeting for household expenditures:

割り勘: The distribution of responsibilities (obligations) of the members with respect to a certain expenditure, and expenditures that cannot be attributed to individual members that are paid from the "common account".

立て替え: If the person who made the payment when immediately due (like at a restaurant) is not the person who was originally responsible for making the payment, the person who made the payment and the amount of the payment can be recorded.
