I need to translate this proverb.
The literal meaning is that somebody, who was made a Turkish person, is worse than a Turkish person itself.

A convert is worse than a Turk
V anglických textech se občas vyskytují odkazy na srbské/balkánské přísloví, které je téměř stejné s tím naším. Třeba si ale dát pozor na to, pro koho je překlad určen, určitě si to někdo může vysvětlit jako zcela nevhodné.
