: the context suggests that AD is Administration/Admin.Dept. rather than Advertising (which usually is A P = advertising and promotion)

: I wouldn't say it's clear that AD is administration. But I think your explanation of AD+ is plausible, i.e. AD and additional departments.

: Ich verstehe AD als Kürzel für "administration", würde dafür auf Dt. aber "Verwaltung" oder sogar "Organisation" sagen (kommt darauf an, ob es eine eigene, evtl. übergeordnete Organisationsabteilung gibt).
