Use of the Acceleration Trainer
DRILL 1:
FORWARD FIGURE
Place 2 cones in a line perpendicular to the participants, approximately 2-3 yards apart.
Secure the  Acceleration Trainer cord to both participants with the mover wearing the black waist belt and the anchor using the blue safety strap.
The mover starts between the cones and the anchor will stand behind the mover, so the Acceleration Trainer cord is tight enough to be off the ground but with plenty stretch remaining.
The mover shuffles laterally in a figure 8 around the cones.
The anchor remains stationary throughout the drill and provides resistance through the elastic cord.
