a mobile is a display usually made out of dowels and string, it has many layers that hang off the dowels with decorative things on it like pictures, ect.

It's the same--like in Alexander Calder's mobiles (pronounced "mò'bail" using Italian phonetics).

Opps, sorry, I didn't see that you wanted this in Lithuanian. Anyhow, I think Calder even coined the term "mobile" for these balanced mobile sculptures that move in air currents.
